The Mojita Bonita

Fleming's has a new low-cal cocktail on the menu.  It's called the Mojita Bonita.


Mojita Bonita
Prepared By Maeve Pesquera, Director of Wine
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 oz.    Stoli Vanil vodka
1 oz.    Pineapple juice
1 oz.    Monin sugarfree vanilla syrup
1 oz.    Fresh lime juice
10        Fresh mint leaves
2 oz.    Club soda
Ice cubes

Directions
Place mint leaves and lime juice in glass. Use a muddler to bruise the mint leaves and release the mint oils. (Don’t over crush.) Place Stoli Vanil, pineapple juice, sugarfree vanilla syrup and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Pour into the glass with mint leaves and top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig.
